|Description of Work Unit||
Position will work in the Warner College Communications Office. The office is responsible for advancing the brand of Warner College through a variety of techniques and engagements. Office coordinates closely with Division of External Relations on campus to ensure Warner College brand and CSU brand enhance one another and efforts are strategically coordinated.
Position will coordinate events, activities, and projects that enhance the College’s external engagement in order to advance the Warner College brand.
|Required Job Qualifications||
• Bachelor’s degree in technical communications, hospitality management, event management, environmental communications, natural resources, or similar degree with equivalent outreach/event-based work experience.
|Preferred Job Qualifications||
• Experience working with teams to brainstorm, create, and implement events and projects

Plan, coordinate, and execute events to increase the College’s external engagement. Coordinate donor/alumni events with College Development Team and CSU Events. Launch and administer College speaker series.

Enhance College brand through digital and social media in coordination with College strategic communications plan. Use digital and social media to advertise College events. Use social media to connect and engage with internal and external audiences. Create or coordinate the creation of digital media for social media placements.
